Mac Daniel is no longer a one man show. (Large sigh of relief!) I've been joined by a staff of Mac experts, each prepared to offer the same kind of practical Mac Daniel advice in their own area of expertise.

- Korin Hasegawa-John is a student hailing from the netherworlds of Vermont. He has used Macs from the SE and Macintosh II to iMacs and DP G4s. He is most familiar with post-7.5 OS customization and setup, PowerBooks, and PCI PowerMacs. He currently owns a Mac II, a Power Mac 9600, and a PowerBook 2400. He runs a Mac troubleshooting business on the side and plays in a band.
- Adam Robert Guha was brought up on a Mac Plus, tested on a Performa 5215 CD, and fine tuned on a Power Mac G3/233 DT. He has worked with the Mac II series, as well as LCs and early Power Macs, such as the 6100. He currently own several 68030 machines, including some interesting models like the Colour Classic. At school, many of the Mac-owning teachers ask for assistance. He has upgraded and reinstalled software on 15 computers at school - and counting (mostly late 68K Macs and early Power Macs).
- Evan Kleiman has been writing for Low End Mac since January 1999. He also runs his own site, Evansite. Evan uses an iMac, along with some vintage hardware.
- Manuel Mejia Jr is familiar with Mac IIs, LCs, and older PowerBooks. He uses his Mac IIcx, LC, PowerBook 145B, and PB 100 with System 7.1 on a regular basis. He's quite familiar with both System 6 and System 7. He also owns the Pina books on repairing compact Macs from 128k through the SE and is willing to look up answers. (Manuel is strictly low-end, so please don't ask Power Mac or iMac questions.)
- Charlie Ruggiero has used a lot of Macs, from Plus to G4, and even ran a BBS (remember those?) on a Plus. He works as Macintosh tech support and technology advisor for the College of Education at Michigan State University. He does a lot of hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as a great deal of video editing, capture, and streaming. Charlie is well versed in HyperCard, fairly knowledgeable in Future Basic, and has a good background in sound and video. He even has his own site, Edge of Heaven.
- Matthew Urban has been a Mac user since 1994, when he bought a Performa 635. He learned troubleshooting the hard way, by trial and error, and by pushing his Performa, but not his pocketbook, to the limit (read: survived many crashes, kept his Performa). Matthew recently bought a refurbished iMac DV 400 and is now a home network administrator. He likes doing research, getting into detail, and fiddle with graphics. Matthew also writes a column for the Macintosh Users Group of Orlando (MUGOO).
